classic strange vs parralax. Two scenarios: Scenario 1: They both have some prep time. Scenario 2: No prep time, they have a random encounter. Who wins in each scenario?

Classic, Parallax wins either way. Recent... hm, closer. Hallax probably wins no-prep, and might lose with prep. Strange has beaten stronger, but mostly magic entities from other realms, not non-magic natives.
