The female version seen in Birds of Prey and JSA.

She's a martial artist, although her feats are few and far between.. Her most impressive feat is probably catching Gog in mid air by the ankle after Steel knocks him off his feet, and tossing him to the ground.

But she projects an "aversion field", which prevents anyone from targeting her with an attack. She can still be hit by omni directional attacks like explosions, and stuff like accidental deflected objects could hit her.. Basically, her field seems to distort someones ability to actually intentionally aim at her.

Who wins?

If Bullseye has anything that explodes, he wins. If not, he loses eventually. Pretty easy breakdown...just depends on his standard equipment.
