Anyway, Underworld Unleashed version of Neron.

Two battles. One inside Hell.
The other in the Saitama Super Arena in Japan, no bfr. It's a gymnastics setup.

They do the battle.

Is it in Neron's realm? Either way I'm leaning toward Nekron but Neron at least has a snowball's chance in hell whereas out of hell he has no chance.

Nothing Neron can do against Nekron. If anything, all his dark powers can do is make Nekron stronger..
