Depends on which Hourman. The Marvel team is a little stacked in terms of brute strength.

I think their pretty even when it comes to strength, sure Marvel might have the edge. But let's not forget that Dc is very versatile compared to the Marvel bricks. You have guys like Cyborg and Tempest who both have long range attacks. As for Hourman, I would say Rex Tyler.

Tempest should make a difference if he is allowed to use high end spells

Geo-Force could wreck two or three of those guys single-handed. DC team wins imo.
