How does Bullseye win? Archer has arrows to blackout the sun.

Bullseye is the better aim, Celestial Archer has better firepower and tricks...

I think it's the magic in the arrows that make him the ace he is. Remember, the arrows can go anywhere, he just has to shoot.

Actually, come to think of it, CA doesn't have to be in the area to hit Bullseye. One of his arrows hit a target halfway around the world. Crazy feat.
