Orochi wins

Well, with the fact Orochi can only killed by those of the three clans (other sources indicate the sacred treasures play a role too or that they are the only thing required) and Gill is supposedly immortal, this looks like a draw.

I think Orochi wins. He can only be sealed, can regenerate (he rips his chest open in one of his winning stances and quickly heals), rip out souls, and has TK. Gill may be more powerful than what I've seen as he appears to have the same powers as Jesus but I'm just going with my opinion.

Ditto. Except the part where you said 'Gill has the same powers as Jesus'.

'Til Orochi can part the seas and the skies to let light shine on a post apocalyptic world and lead people to the "promise land". Gill murders and I have never once read that Orochi HAS to be beaten by the Sacred Treasures.

I no I said sum things B4 but I have 2 agree with this. Altho, U failed 2 mention how Gill can also make comets and meteorites rain from the sky. Or mention the intensity of his pyro and cryo kinetics. Or how about that fact that he has a move called SERAPHIC Wing wear he grows wings like a high order angel. Or how about, "Let me be the blesser of all souls." And last but not least, he is immortal, able to stand only moments after getting SGSed. And may B resurrecting thru "Divine Intervention". Every 24 years there is also a new Gill or a reincarnate 2 take his place. So even if he is evaporated, a new savior will B born 2 lead the Illuminati. He can also create mental blocks on Urien 2 stop him from using all of his power and Urien is stated as Bing equal 2 Gill N raw power.

Gill will win, but I still Bleave he will have 2 work hard 4 it. Orochi just doesn't have enuff going 4 him 2 make a fair comparison. Just parting the sea like Moses is more powerful than anything Orochi had done.

The 'only' problem I have wit Gill is the question of "How". How is he replicatin' these biblical acts, turnin' into a Seraphic Angel, creatin' Armageddon, partin' seas, resurrectin', and raisin' mountains to name a few? Is he just so powerful that he can replicate these action and events? Or is there somethin' more to his character? I mostly tend to believe the former due to certain quotes like, "Ahhhahahahahaaaa, I am your God!" and "Kneel before your master!". Makes'im sound like some dude with a God/Messiah complex and not to mention some of his more "questionable" actions. But, the mans even got his own "Judas". Capcom even acknowledges the similarities and calls Urien, "The Judas". Things would be so much easier if we could find out 'how' this character is doin' this shit.

There is a difference between bein' powerful and doin' biblical miracles.

Splitting a sea, raining meteors, or bringing yourself back from the dead are not even all that powerful considering other fictions.

Considering that Street Fighter is not "other fictions" and their characters are not meant to be stupid powerful. Strikes me as strange when a boss can come along and do things from the bible with no explanation.

Gill reminds me a lot of Yuda. I think the character is influenced by his style.

Gill reminds me of alot of FoTNS characters but then I remember how almost half the SF cast is inspired by FoTNS or Jojo.
