Depends what your personal definition of 'tank' is. For instance, there are several characters who could survive and IMP, relatively unscathed. However, there are far fewer who could take the punch without so much as budging.

tank as in take it squarely and have flash look at them like "oh snap.. "

Wasn't prep involved in that regeneration? I'm pretty sure he needs a vat of human organs (something that obviously can't be standard equipment) to regenerate from critical injuries.
