So Kakashi has said Naruto has twice his chakra in base mode, and after Sage Mode training Naruto has finally shown against Kumo nin that he's got some better taijutsu skills also. So can Naruto's endless chakra with some skill win or will skill, and experience win?

Kakashi can't use Kamui unless it's his only choice.

Naruto can't go Kyuubi Mode but he can use Sage Mode IF he has the time to do it in the middle of the fight, and only if he needs to.

I wouldn't say he's necessarily pathetically so. He couldn't breach *Itachi's*, but Itachi's the best genjutsuist in the series.
