Team One...but it's close.

Then again, are Gladiator and Nova durable enough to withstand Black Bolt's power? If so, they win, but again, it's close.

Team 1 should win by a good margin.

It could go another direction. Nova beats BB after a tough fight. All the while Glads had his hands full with FL. Nova then aids Gladz for the eventual win.

Team one for the majority

Or more likely, Nova beats down Firelord, then helps glads with BB.
