Shaman Nate Grey can beat him, he is fast enough not to be speedblitzed, and after that he would win pretty easily by mindrape. And Surfer would win also, Wolverine bones and spider sense wouldn't help against Surfer, so you are basically left with a faster superman which still can't touch Silver Surfer in a fight.
