Osiris from Black Adam family.

Probably Osiris currently if he does have all the power Black Adam was splitting between each of them.

Supposedly he has the strength of a Kryptonian. Last issue of Titans.

That's kind of...odd. Didn't he gain his powers from Black Adam in the first place, and Shazam stripped BA of his powers?

He reverted them, but did he take their powers?

Part of the reason he empowered Billy is because he was unable to take back the power.

The whole deal with Shazam and the Marvel family lately is odd, imo.

When Osiris was revived as a Black Lantern, he was revived with some of the power Adam bestowed upon him. And since his revival from undeath, he seems to be functioning at levels at least as equal to what he was in the past.

I would say Supergirl. Osiris has almost no experience with his powers and doesn't really know his own strength, Kara should run rings around him.

Actually, he only took the powers from Isis. BA voluntary gave up his powers to resurrect Shazam in the first place, which makes Osiris' powers more nonsensical. How can he have any powers when their source was removed? He has no pact with the Gods themselves.

Who knows? Maybe the Black/White Lantern revivals gave Osiris back that portion of power he had before. In any case, the whole Marvel family is messed up at the moment.
