Rob Lucci was a beast. Literally. He's among the most formidable physical fighters we've seen in One Piece, and Luffy has been ohkoing Sea Kings since chapter one.

What kind of physical power does Yusuke has at that point?

Luffy goes gear second or third he wins. Luffy uses Haki he wins.

Yusuke gets Luffy underwater Yusuke wins.

Even then Yusuke has to charge it, and Luffy has precog.

When did Luffy get Precog? And his Spirit Gun is pretty powerful without charging.

Thought so, just wasn't completely sure and didn't feel like bringing it up.

Truthfully though, Haki isn't the be all end all for Luffy. Plenty of times it would've helped him, and it didn't because he didn't use it.

And we have the experience of Enel to know how good haki's precog becomes one you're trained to use it.

When he was about to fight Mihawk while trying to save Ace, he realized his arms would've gotten lopped off. Yet he couldn't see tons of other attacks and avoid them.

It's not perfect, and he's not perfect at using it.

So saying Luffy+Haki=Insta-Win is a no go.

Also, Bentley, I doubt Luffy's precog is as good as Enel's.

Well, no Haki user has proved to be nearly as proficent in precog as Enel, but it can be simply a matter of exposure -remember that Boa's sisters were able to predict every movement Luffy made but just weren't fast enough to react, at the very least we know some haki user have full precog-.

However... Raleigh did say every haki user has a different speciality; in all likeness Luffy must be a royal haki specialist considering is the rarest type of haki out there.

Considering the fact that he enhanced it with his Devil Fruit to have a range of the entire country, making him nearly all-seeing.

Luffy wouldn't need that much precog to be a beast. There was this Skipea enemy that Luffy, Sanji and Ussop fought together who also have uber precog. I think spider-sense level precognition is kind of available in OP for haki users.

still leaning towards Yusuke...

but Luffy might get a pet Kraken, hmmm, good fight...
