These are really neat. I don't believe in rating people everyone has their own style of doing things. Just have fun and play about with cs4. Smudge tool is great to use especially for text and dissolve blending as well for images. Just keep doing you got a great start here XD.

Photobucket isn't for making stuff, but for uploading stuff.
Photoshop CS4 is the program he uses to make the signature then he goes on photobucket and uploads.
