Apparently Void can only be destroyed/killed for good if he wants to. But with that in mind how does he do against the Ultimate Nullifier when used by Reed Richards?

I notice that Quan never responds to threads where he can provide no real argument for victory. He will never admit that Thanos will lose to anyone. He'll only admit that Void loses to Thanos.
