Yep, otherwise there would be no point in fighting there.

Batman still doesn't really stand a chance, he's got no prep. So he would have to run as fast as he can into the cave and hope to grab something useful before Morlun kills/devours him.

He's screwed anyway, even with the gear.

Could he like have morlun eat a gas grenade or something?

That'd really piss Morlun off.
Bruce would still be screwed though...
