As in Diana is faster, stronger, better at martial arts and has better equipment. No attack from Storm would even distract Billy.

Does she still has the lasso? It's twice depowered CM.

Since she has lightning powers and such, she's probably less melee oriented than WW so she's at more of a disadvantage than Diana would be, but that could tip things.
