Who wins?

Depends on how the eye manages to negate BRB's own energy attacks.

I'm leaning toward Bill.

It can drain attacks as well. Plus Bill won't be able to destroy it.

I just don't know if she'll be able to absorb the energy BRB is capable of producing before wearing out.

I don't know too much about current EE's power level, which I'm assuming this is since you didn't mention the PC version..

I'd think The Eye of Ekron is more powerful than Stormbreaker.

I think they're were a few origins. One was that the Eye was controlling the princess, but not sure about the PC origin.
