Can Mimic defeat a Super skrull with the exact same powers he copied? If so, which powers make Mimic win and which (if any) make the skrull kick his ass.

1) 616 Mimic.
2) Exiles Mimic.

Mimic only gets half the power. Would the SS be half-powered as well? If so, it would depend on skill and tactics and mimic is above the SSs showed in secret invasion in those departaments.

They don't have any particular powers over Mimic, but those they have are copied as skrulls did during Secret Invasion.
