Given that Namor gives IM trouble I'm going to say BB easy.

He would still be able to kill Iron Man. He could override the suit electronically just as Captain America did.

unless he has some crazy new defensive tech, BB's electron manipulation abilities should fuuch tony's suit up all kinds of horrible.
