Any Galactus without prep can defeat Jaspers. The Ultimate Nullifier is the ultimate weapon.

Seriously, I'm not even sure there is a way to kill Jaspers.

The Celestial Nullifier was never fired on Mad Jim Jaspers from the 616 Universe.

Suffice to say imo that if Fury can find out that you need to relocate Mad Jim Jaspers to a reality where there is no reality, then I'm fairly sure that Galactus can find out how to do it.

All of his appearances are listed there. You can do this for nearly every marvel character. DC's site sucks though.
