Despero. You take the two elements it takes to beat Juggernaut, which is strength to knock off his helmet, and TP and you have one of the Strongest beings in DC who happens to also be one of the most Telepaths who also happens to be able to inhabit bodies and use teleportation and Tk. Not a good look for Juggernaut.
