Shao Kahn is a powerful sorcerer, more so than Shang Tsung, and can steal souls from those he defeats and the like. Honestly, I have no clue how the PHUCK he can beat Hulk, but that's just me. He also has a warhammer and various energy projection powers and the like. He's a cheap SOB in the games.

He's certainly among the strongest (physically) characters in the game but I don't know how strong he is. Base level class 100 is probably being generous. He's probably Class 10-50.

let's not get into a debate right now, it kinda defeats the purpose of the poll. Even though I am tempted to speak up too.

I'd say Sand wins from what I've seen from Smurph's respect thread. He has more versatile powers and more control than Croc has I believe. The only thing Croc can do that I don't think Sand can do is absorb moisture and dehydrate things.

Its natural that the first few threads will be DBZ threads, hopefully after this system gets a bit of time to grow people will move on to other things.
