I'm gonna go with the dude wearing armor. Nothing was said about prep time so i suspect they're both standard. Forge doesn't have anything that can take Tony out... or does he?

he had a pretty nice showing not too long ago, but ironman brings more to the table right off the bat.

Iron Man. Without prep, I can't see Forge beating Extremis+ Stark.
