Hmm? This seems like a decent thread to me.

Going with Z for now.

Zatanna has all sorts of ways to take Raven out. Too Bad Raven's powers are much quicker on the draw. Split.

Raven's powers are far from quicker on the draw.

Her only offensive power that is rather instantanious is empathy/telepathy and Zatanna has wrecked Jonn in telepathic confrontation and completely shut him out. Otherwise Raven has to rely on the soul-self which has to be conjured and projected outward from and by Raven.

Even if we look into Raven using her soul-self as a shield from the get go, it's been shattered countless times by Cyborg and Starfire... so... yeah.

Zee takes this every time.
