Okay. Been having some "issues" with a friend who is also in a small group I am in. She is actually hosting group tonight. Don't know if I should go. Kinda awkward. Basically she hasn't been a very good friend to me, but on the other hand I think she might have some mental health issues. She kinda acts "strange." Normally, I'd just blow her off, but I actually work with the SAMHSA and we are part of the What A Difference A Friend Makes program. Making me think maybe I should be a better friend to her even though she hasn't been that great to me if she might be suffering from a mental health issue. According to the WADAFM's website - link is in my signature below if you want to check out - people who suffer from mental health issues have better chance of recovery if they have supportive and caring friends. So IDK. Don't want to be taken advantage of, but don't want to be an awful person. Waht would you do? I guess the website shows you how to be a better friend to people with mental health problems so maybe I can get advice from there.
