this does not mean who is more powerful but who is a greater warrior

2. Who has more experience.
who has been in more battles/wars

3. who is more brutal/ blood lusted
who is more vicious when it comes to battles, who will not hesitate to put down the enemy

4. Who has killed the most people

5. Who is more honorable and worthy

6. Who is more tacticle

7. Who is more determined
no matter if they are loosing or cannot win they would try and try even if they die

2) We don't know how old Ares is and how long his been fighting for. There's been evidence to suggest Thor's millions of years old and his been fighting in battles since a child. Even going by the Ragnarok interpretation, Thor remembers the events of all of his life at the end of Oeming's run so he would still have the advantage here most likely. We would still need more info on Ares to make it conclusive.

3) Ares.

4) Impossible to tell. We don't know how many people Thor has killed. Based on the War Machine issue that states Ares has killed billions (I don't even know how that scene makes sense.) then Ares should take it. I highly doubt Thor has killed that many. Maybe if you throw in Giants etc. it can close the gap.

thor is more tacticle than ares?

Yes. Marvel Ares for the most part has basically been a blood lusted fool. Lately as his character has been shaped out, he seems to be more tactical and he has apparently done legit plan making but his still a rampaging brute for the most part.
