See, what I have a problem with, or at least mainly, we're supposed to believe there's some ultra-powerful and encompassing group with plans to not only take down every government/power in the world, but then rule over 6+ billion people, yet they're not smart enough to keep their written plans from falling into some Navy Officers hands? Really?

its a massive conspiracy. something that big would be hard to keep secret and you would expect things to get leaked out.

Children seem to be able to keep better secrets than these people, I'd expect the ultra-group to not leave papers with key information laying about and whatnot.

No, there seems to be a push towards consolidating power and finances, but some of the claims, eg killing off most of the population, seems to be far fetched.

Leaving top secret papers around is unlikely but not impossible. he did get the documents at a military base after all so it is very possible. he was in the'' Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet.''

He tried to prove that the US government was trying to implement a communist manifesto across the US. I think it's intriguing that this is the exact opposite agenda from what everyone else seems to think the US government and so called "illuminati" are attempting to do. Which is for all riches and power to go to them and noone else.

He sure was.Matter of fact Alex Jones gives him credit as the one who exposed the truth about 9/11 being an inside job and got all his information from him.The government got rid of Cooper for exposing the truth on that.Cooper died a hero fighing for the truth.They wont get rid of Jones though because he has too many people behind him and is a lot more well known.
