Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by a 90-day in-patient rehab program for violating probation on a previous DUI case, TMZ is reporting. Lohan broke down in tears as Judge Marsha Revel revealed her decision. Lohan must surrender to the court on July 20 at 8:30am to begin serving her time.

Is it a bad thing that when I saw "Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to--" in the Menu a part of my mind jumped to "death" and was actually a little thrilled by the prospect?

nah it is not bad it is just being a human lol!

I wish they'd just lock her ass up, throw away the key, & forget she ever existed.
