Tattoos N Scars
Yulaw managed to escape the Hades universe and ends up in the Twilight universe. Knowing he has no alternate self to terminate in this universe, he uses this world to gather his thoughts and develop a strategy to become the "One". However, he manages to find trouble in the town of Forks when Bella's father, Charlie, interrogates him..asking of his wherabouts, since he is a stranger to the area.
Knowing that Charlie was in danger, Alice informs Edward of the stranger's plan to kill Charlie. Edward intercedes before Yulaw can kill.
The fight starts..who wins.

Yu Law.
Yu Law is stronger, faster, but not more durable.
Doesn't matter though as Edward shouldn't be able to land a hit.
Tattoos N Scars
Well, they are probably comparable in strength. Cullen is definitely more durable. Cullen is faster, imo. The cops clocked Yu Law running at 50 mph..iirc. Edward runs much faster than that. Fighting skill wise...Yu Law is the superior.

Yu Law was so fast that time seem stopped when he was beating down those cops when coming out of that building into the garage area. Time was slowed down, significantly, when a very weakened Edward fought Felix, for sure, but time wasn't almost stopped, it was just really slo-mo.
I know, it's half of a doze of one, 6 of the other. But time was really really slow with Yu-Law when he stepped out, but only just "really slow" with Edward vs. Felix.
Edward is not stronger, though, as Yu-Law picked up those two bikes and smashed them together like styrofoam. I would put Edward close, but not as strong.

Edward did push over a decent sized tree in Eclipse..like it was nothing. It takes a tremendous amount of force to do that. A car crashing into the same tree at a high rate of speed wouldn't be able to do that...all it would do is destroy the car.

love twilight

but Yulaw wins this one

That's a good point and I didn't think about that.
However, since I believe that Yu Law is faster and a little stronger, he should be able to, no problem.

Speed - Ed
Strength - Ed
Durability - Ed
Yulaw's greatest strength feat is lifting the two bikes at once and since they were equals, you can use Law's greatest strength feat which was kicking that gas station pole. Both are impressive, but Ed could do both considering he knocked over a tree with one hand. Yulaw is by far the better fighter so he'd kick Ed's ass somethin' terrible, but wouldn't do any damage 'cause he's not strong enough to crack granite.
You also have to factor in all the different way Ed could kill Yulaw, none of which can be done to Ed.
Cullen wins due to durability.
XanatosForever
And mind-reading all of Yulaw's moves. Don't forget that. dur
Rogue Jedi
Ed's mind reading doesn't work like that, I think.
Placidity
Assuming both combatants are around equals in strength, speed and durability - Edward still has another powerful, sure-win weapon up his sleeve - the vampire bite.

You're forgetting that a vampire can punch through another vampire because they are strong enough.
If Yu-Law is as strong as a vampire, or stronger (as I believe), then he should be able to punch right through Edward.

No, Yu-Law has the greater strength feat. While Edward treated that moving van like Styrofoam, it takes a lot more strength to pick up those bikes and swing them, from their extreme ends. He held the bikes out in front of himself.
Sure, both treat vehicle like styrofoam, but Yu-Law has the greater strength feat.
Bella did say the Emmett could throw a vehicle like it was paper in the book (that's a paraphrase), but that was only to Emmett and Emmett is the strongest of the Cullen coven.
Speed is definitely Yu-Law...as far as combat speed goes.
Durability is definitely Edward.
Edit - There's a minor problem with my logic: Edward can read thoughts and he was so good at it that the Cullen's best fighter (second fastest and second strongest, Jasper) couldn't land one hit on Edward. Edward is very fast, but he's significantly behind Yu -Law. Edward would have to be able to read Yu-Law's thoughts AND react fast enough to Yu-Law's superior combat speed. In a straight line, sure, Edward is far faster, but combat speed, they are not even close. For me, the difference in speed is not as much as it is between a twivamp and a Force User, but it's still too much of a difference to overcome.
