XanatosForever
Klaatu the alien lands and makes his presence known to the world. Spaceman Klaatu comes to extend the process of his peoples that have allowed galactic peace to reign.

The Volturi, infuriated at this stranger offering "peace," go to meet and eliminate him...painfully.

Meanwhile, in Forks, Alice learns of the impending doom and brings the Cullens and Wolf Pack into action. Too late, however, they arrive to see Klaatu's pain-wracked corpse hit the ground.

Queue Gort stepping out of the ship and beginning his rampage.

Can Ms. Meyer's uber-vampire-sues and stus bring down the robotic endgame, or will Gort annihilate everything forever?

Considering the Gort for this versus is pretty archival, here's a list of his feats for consideration:

- Gort is 8ft tall, and made of an unknown substance that can withstand the most powerful cutting tools.

-Gort is equipped with a laser beam that is capable of erasing humans, guns, tanks, artillery, and even an experimental plastic designed to be tougher than military grade steel (if there is such a thing)

- Gort is canonically stated to have the power to raze the planet and end all possible life.

- Gort was able to neutralize all electric capabilities on the planet for thirty minutes.

So the Volturi, the Cullens, and the Wolf Pack are all there, just to clarify.

Somebody ban the use of Twilight characters, please.

If it were the remake movie Gort, Gort would win with ease.

I haven't seen the original, but wasn't the US military incapable of damaging Gort?

Those nanites will eat through anything...even Twilight vamps. Gort stomps hard.

Nevermind...just noticed we were going by the original film. I haven't seen it in years..so, I don't remember how powerful that Gort was.

Well, given the limited effects available in '51, I think they still did a pretty good job showing his durability, at least. He tanked tank shells, bullet fire, and retaliated with beams that quite literally made people disappear, though I'm sure it was more like a disintegration beam. He couldn't even be pierced by diamond edged cutting tools, back then some of the most powerful tools ever made. But yeah, at this point I'm reiterating everything in the OP.

Rogue Jedi
Gort versus Dark Phoenix. Just saying.

its ok.. Gort original is very durable as are the Twivamps, but Gort won't have a problem with them

John don't you dare stick out tongue

Gort incinerates the immediate area while vamps try to take pieces off him...and fail.

Gort, his durability should be no different from the alloys that make up
UFO tech. He would be indestructible.

The Vamps burn and the wolves shouldn't have even been there.

Stomp.
