After seeing Rakan being used a lot here and winning, can Bunchuu, Houshin Engi's bad ass, put him in his place? Fight takes place inside Kingo Island.

Yes, I'm fairly certain he can. In terms of destructive ability, range, and durability, Rakan is completely outclassed. The only problem might be speed, but Bunchuu can strike nearly instantly from many km away, so I don't see Rakan lasting long.
