This is blonski before he added banner's gamma blood to his own.

And this is just plan Ozy with his Gay looking costume.

1st Fight: No fire arms straight H2H combat

2nd Fight: Blonski Gets a Knife, and 2 handguns.

1. Ozy. Blonski was like Captain America but without the top tier MA skill, Movie Ozy was like Deathstroke. Deathstroke>>>Cap without shield and skill.

2. Could go either way.

I'm gonna go Blonsky for both. In that form he was able to tangle with the Hulk for a bit, plus he showed some regeneration ability.

Also while the street guys in Watchmen were obviously not simple humans in physical stats they were never meant to be superhuman nor did they tangle with such people.

Blonsky from the movie had legit superhuman stats.

Him "tangling with the Hulk for a bit" wasn't any more impressive than Ozy evading all of Rorschach and Nite-Owl's attacks. In the end he was unable to even harm the Hulk and only had agility on his side. Pre Abom Blonski had no real feats putting him above Ozy's weight class.

What superhuman stats (beyond regen) did Blonski have that are so tremendous?

Yes, dodging the Hulk's attacks is far superior to dodging the combined efforts of two trained heroes because the Hulk is known for his great speed and skill...oh wait...

Blonski, did seem to run a shit ton faster than everyone else that was chasing Hulk. I remember a squad or platoon was chacing hulk on foot and blonski started to run and just zipped past them like nothing.

IMO Hulk is fast and his attacks are instinctual and almost wild but with purpose (kill you). Blonki was dodging them and flipping around. But The 2 heroes that ozy fought I would say had a slight degree of speed. So it would really be hard to compare.

Made this thread a while ago, most people seemed to say Ozy.

I say Ozy but not because blonsky got one shotted by hulk. Just cuz Ozy was dodging bullets and throwing men around like ragdolls. Blonsky just did some parkour and ran really really fast. Then again he did lift that doctor into the air. But that Sterns didnt have what you would call a "comedian" build.
