Master Chief has 30 goombas, an assault rifle, a battle rifle, and all of the stamina he has in Halo. Samus has all abilities she has in Metroid Prime at the end, plus 100 blue Pikmin(not resistant to phazon) except she has only 1 life tank. That means no phazon resistance for either of them. The battle takes place in Omega Pirate's arena, without the puddles of phazon, but the room is rimmed with it.

This doesn't make any sense at all! Shouldn't Olimar be with Samus for the Pikmin to have any use? If Samus grabbed a Pikmin it would be crushed! Unless Olimar is there, the Pikmin get pwned by the Goombas, so Samus has no Pikmin and Master Chief has a ton of Goombas to to hinder Samus' progress and distract her. I can't really vote for Master Chief vs Samus because I'm not familiar with the former, but in this case Master Chief wins because he has a ton of little helpers.

by the way, samus does not have her phazon suit.

Yeah, Samus still destroys Master Chief. But Pikmin are like, an inch tall.

I hope everyone realizes that Pikmin are at best an inch tall and Goombas I would estimate at maybe 2 feet. Both are ridiculously useless, but Pikimin moreso.

Two feet? I could have sworn goombas were consistently as tall as base Mario. Being italian, that means they're at least five feet, as it's only when Mario gets the super mushroom that his size increases at all.
