10 facehuggers have arrived near the location of the events which occured in the movie Dreamcatcher. They immediately begin searching for human hosts to implant xenomorph embryos. They are successful..and the xenomorph population begins to swell to approximately the same number as the Dreamcatcher aliens witnessed in the movie.

The Dreamcatcher aliens continue to implant their embryos inside human hosts before they finally encounter the Xenomorphs.

Which alien species will win an all out war in this remote forest? Dreamcatcher aliens must deal with facehuggers and adult xenomorphs...but, no queen.

The Xenomorph aliens must deal with the worm like alien spawn, Jonesie himself..and the the alien possessing Jonesie.

Which side wins?

If bodily possession via the red mist works on the xenos, then the dreamcatchers take this. If not, then the xenos acid blood puts them at a disadvantage: they can't kill a xeno w/o killing themselves (ie, they could easily swallow a facehugger or bite an adult xenos head off, but oh, there's that nasty acid blood). I don't see the dreamcatchers going for a pyrrhic victory; the xenos on the other hand are more viciously relentless.

Red mist possession vs acid blood: the latter seeems more of a given, so I'm inclined to give this to the xenos.
