We all know that the Jem'Hadar shock troops were junkies to Ketracel-White so if the Federation captured one, sedated him and took him back to a POW system could they detox him like a Meth addict?

they dealt with that in several episodes. the results tend to vary...

There was one Jem-Hadar that due to being stranded on a planet, he was forced to break his 'need' of the drug once his supply ran out.
