Cap without his powers beat Crossbones.

And while he may well be capable of doing the same to Onomatopoeia in hand to hand, Ono has a pretty good record with guns. He got both Batman and Deadshot in the head, with no trouble at all.

I say Crossbones gets a bullet to the head. Even if Crossbones manages to dodge the initial attempt and land some blows, Onomatopoeia has a high enough damage soak where he can roll with it and try again...

Hand to hand only, Crossbones would win eventually...

Crossbones would get him, he's almost as good as Bucky.

He's also taken Green Arrow's arrows without any problem and still kept on going. Plus he made Batman into a fool in the last mini. Ono is awesome.

Ollie killed Prometheus. Also, I'm not pointing out that he kills, just Ono's damage soak.

Onomatopoeia...what are his powers? Does he say "KABOOM" and an explosion happens? Is his sidekick's name Dipthong?

He turned Onomatopeia into a pincushion, and he didn't so much as slow him down.

Arrows everywhere. Even stuck one into his foot, and the guy didn't let out so much as a whimper.

Either he's got meta levels of pain resistance, or he's high on drugs...
