2) who makes it from NYC to Los Angeles

3) from earth to the moon there is a ramp

Or can Thanos teleport, Hulk jump etc?

Thing and Spiderman would be dead last. Thanos should have the stamina and strength to keep up with the rest. He can likely replicate Hulk's jump feats as well.

I thought DD could speed blitz and stuff.

Hulk wins... though Thanos would obliterate the planet and float to the finish line for the win.
