Vision. He's smarter, more versatile, and his intangibility is different. If she were to release her form inside another object, she'd lose a limb. This isn't the case for Vision. Her KO'd Sersi this way.

Vision, the machines' not yelling in pain

Vision because he is a robot therefore, he can phase longer an easier. Aside from that, Vision has other abilities and can fly faster than Kitty.
