Out of Ezio and Ryu vs Altair and Prince. Ryu would carry them to win.

Altair and Ezio are fodder here. They're dead as soon as anyone on the other team gets to fighting. The Prince will follow not long after regardless of whether it's Kratos or Hayabusa doing him in.
