it was amped the times it was used on a multiversal lvl last times i checked...

but if the team are unaware they will be manipulated

how was the medusas mask amped?

the monitor gave psycho man the power to effect the multiverse .. he said it himself and threaten to kill him if he kept asking for his reward.

the anti monitor also said that he could have easily used raven instead of psycho man and threaten to kill him.
