Pariah... can't really fight. He flies, teleports, can't be hurt by things of the DC universe, and doesn't die. Those are his powers.

Aside from that he's pretty much normal human.

This is a prep war, since they are both super geniuses.

He's a scientist but I can't remember him doing much of anything on the prep front.
