Hans Gruber has decided take the animals and people that are in NY Zoo as hostage, until his demands for 13 first class plane tickets to LA are met.
However, he hasn't counted upon the 4 Penguins. The Penguins decide to hold off their escape plan, and to instead try and defeat the terrorists.
The penguins are free to use the other animals as a part of their plan. The terrorists are armed with pistols. Each one also has a two-way radio, which if the Penguins acquire, they will know how to use.
Can the Penguins save the day? Or will the Terrorists get their tickets?
