I just watched an LP of Mario 64 because I haven't played the game and likely will never have the privilege. Based on the distance and manner in which Mario throws Bowser, that feat alone is pretty superhuman. If we were to even assume Mario is 4 feet tall, that still puts that Bowser anywhere from 20 to 30 feet tall. Assuming he has similar density to a human, he could easily weigh three tons.

Mario also runs up what is probably an 80 degree angle on several occasions.
