Fight in NYC. Who Wins?

Spider-Man. Webbing, spider-sense, superior speed and agility.

Spidey can one-two ko nightcrawler then it will be him and Hank.

Spidey wins.

While it's possible for Team to get some circumstantial wins, in general I go with Spiderman: his physical prowess is superior, and his powers compensate for most of what Team can do (one Team win, however, could come from Nightcrawler doing a BFR-BAMF! with Spidey in tow, and utilizing a hazerdous situation at the receiving end... but NC usually doesn't do anything that harsh; just including it as an example of how Team can make a win).
