Odin wants revenge for his fallen Sky-Father Zeus, battle takes place in Asgard.

Mikaboshi has killed countless skyfathers and enslaved there pantheons including this guy who merged all his pantheon into himself
he even kills the gods of silver surfers planet and enslaved them
and in a chaos war preview it shows him killing mephisto and the other hell lords

Odin doesnt win here he gets killied the same way zeus did

Amatsu-Mikaboshi is more powerful than Galactus

I say wait and see, if my memory is correct Mikaboshi powers where equal with Zeus and Izangi, it's his supernatural powers in magic that helped him to kill Zeus. I think that preview showed him enslaving SS God of his world, not killing Mephisto.

and i dont think mephisto beats him or else it ends there..

I'm not sure to what level Mikaboshi will be amped in Chaos War.

If Mikaboshi is at the same level as he was in Ares' Mini, then I'd give it to Odin.
