Agent 47 and Leon are pissed at the Fraternity. They are tired of the Fraternity hogging all the action, so they decide to join forces and take out every Fraternity member together. They will hunt them down one at a time, work as a team, using all the weapons they were shown using in their respective movies.

The Fraternity are unaware of this. They know of 47 and Leon, what they look like and who they work for, but always steered clear of them.

Do 47 and Leon wipe them out?

47 solos.

Especially one at a time.

Not sure.

47 is leagues beyond any Fraternity member when it comes to Assassination. If they're picking them off one at a time, yeah, 47 solos.

Let's say the Fraternity knows about 47 and Leons plans.

Unless they hired them themselves tends to be the only way 47 gets played.

In that case it's a shoot out. No surprise element.

Movie 47 displayed flawless efficiency in close range firefights though.

But in the end if the Fraternity are aware of the duos attack then they should win.

47 is primarily an assassin.

I changed it, the Fraternity is aware. It was unfair to keep them in the dark.

Yeah, he is...okay, in most areas he is superior.
In terms of sniping, only Wesley and Cross are shown to be better than 47, and I doubt they would be a part of the Fraternity, unless you specified it in the OP.

In all other areas (barring usage of bullet curving), 47 is better or their equal. He could likely infiltrate their HQ and plant a bomb or something, given how his disguises usually work well, and his stealth. Though that's far too rudimentary a plan for the likes of 47.

Because bullet benders like Sloan/Fox/Cross/Wesley/etc. have repeatedly shot sniper bullets out of the air right?

Nahh, they are only superior to 47 when it comes to bullet bending and their ability to bullet-time. When it comes to the actual art of Assassination and the planning involved, they are like children to 47; barring perhaps Cross, who shouldn't be with the Fraternity unless specified.
