The Team wins. They have varied power sets, plenty of pure destructive might and all they have to do as said earlier is buy Majestic time. Majestic and Surfer are the keys here.

I concur with the previous posts.
All the team needs to do is give Majestic an opening to slice SBP in half.
And with a team like this, that won't be a problem.
