the only person here I feel comfortable with is Sttange, classic or not I'm sure he has the connections to get this done

perhaps Thor could call Mama G to save her own ass...

Surfer could call Galactus and tell him that he's about to lose his chance to ever eat Earth...

I guess if Hal is all he's cracked up to be he should not have too much trouble getting this done

Hal could feasibly work out an intricate pulley system of constructs to get it done. It's possible.

Superman, Thor, Norrin, Hal could all do it easily imo. The rest... i'm sure some could...
