Like I said this is the much weaker one that the heroes fought and seemed to have a small chance again.He had lost a lot of energy from when he tanked the blast from beyonder and when he fought the heores.

1. Tyrant's blasts did nothing
2. Tyrant used technopathy to control G's machines, siphoning energy from G to himself.


When DP tyrant first appeared in SS, he had a stare down with Galactus. that's it. There was no "punking" involved.

Galactus came DEMANDING his herald, Morg, back. He walked away with NOTHING. That's called a punking where I come from.





Galactus owned a noob Tyrant. Gratz Galactus. Every other encounter was either a punking of Galactus or Galactus about to be killed.

He left Tyrant alone because he did not want to fight at that time and neither did Tyrant. Tyrant even seeked to hide from Galactus longer. The only reason Galactus choose not to fight was because he did not want the collateral damage so he chose to leave Morg with Tyrant. He even tells Surfer that he'll handle things at the time of "his choosing". Tyrant knows Galactus would kick his ass. Even Galactus says that it's unthinkable that Tyrant would win. Galactus didn't want to fight at the time due to the casualties despite him being the superior being; Tyrant didn't want to fight because he need more time to prepare before such a confrontation but will fight here if he must. The guy had eons to prepare and still wanted to avoid fighting Galactus unless he has to. Lol

Thank you for proving my point. Push came to shove, Galactus backed down not DP Tyrant. I mean we all saw how that fight ended up eventually. If they had fought then, there would be no Morg with the UN to save Galactus' ass.

Also I believe that Tyrant had Galactus' number before he was nullified. Galactus said it himself that he was nearly too tired to continue the battle, which was why he could do nothing to help Morg.

Galactus backed down because he wasn't interested in having possible the entire universe destroyed as a result of their battle (You'll rule over rubble, Tyrant wants to rule the universe). Also as WhiteWitchKing said, which as I see it you entirely ignored, was that Tyrant himself wanted more time to prepare, that doesn't really strike one as being a sign of great confidence. And lets recall that if the battle had taken place here, Tyrant would have had no machine to utilize against Galactus so...

Was Tyrant really using a machine against Galactus when he was all in his face doing a Wolvie number on him, while Big G was unable to remove him?

Maybe I need to re-read the book, so that I can get a better understanding on this machine thing that you are talking about.

It seems strange Marvel had Galactus defeat Tyrant fully powered, then allow DP version an advantage. Such is comics

1. Tyrant DOES NOT have the Power Cosmic. He never did. He was never explicitly stated to have it and in fact Galactus created him to be a counterpart to himself, not a compliment (like a herald)

2. "Noob Tyrant" is such a shit term. Tyrant and Galactus co-existed for an indeterminate amount of time, certainly more than a "few years" as you would have people assume. In fact, "Noob Tyrant" is Tyrant's natural form, NOT DP Tyrant which is his diminutive stature that Galactus has permanently reduced him to.

3. Tyrant's blasts had NO effect. Read it again.

4. Technopathy is what allowed him to win. Where is Galactus deploying his machines in a CIS manner in this fight dude? WHERE? Otherwise keep quiet.

5. Yeah, your definition of punking is pretty pussy. Galactus came to retrieve his herald. You need to re-read the comic if you think Galactus was running up to Tyrant with a broken glass bottle in hand and then all of a sudden decides not to swing

How long were they together? You seem to know more than all of us.

Fact is, after his exile, when he had more time under his belt, he made Galactus scream and bleed.

Uhm he was ABSORBING Galactus energy blasts. That's why Galactus stopped using them. He refused to resort to "fisticuffs", his own words, and attempted to cheat by using his tech on Tyrant. It failed miserably like his attempts to blast him.



Galactus FAILED in his endeavor didn't he? By your own standard. He came DEMANDING his herald back, he walked away empty handed. The Surfer even commented on this.

But no...not Galactus...not this ancient being with a vast consciousness that should (logically) be able to recall any event and factual information at his disposal at will...nope this guy "forgot" that his creation could absorb bio-energy.
