After Maris Brood fought Starkiller and he let her go, what happened to her? Does anyone know her whereabouts or if she is going to resurface at all?

To answer your question, I don't believe she's been used in anything else.

I'm hoping they pull a Tavion on her. Bring her back in the sequel as an enemy you have to kill.

She was interesting in the book. I hope she comes back in TFU2.

Probably will be. The game will need female skin.
